ABOUT MCT

Located in Huntington Beach, Mechanical Concept Tattoo was founded in 2012 by Brian Ragusin, who has been in the industry for over 23 years. Billy Sarno has been at MCT since its inception and alongside Juan Guzman, the crew at MCT has been making amazing tattoos in Huntington Beach for over a decade!

In 2022, Brian traded in his needles for knots and set off on a sailing adventure around the world. To prepare for retirement, Brian passed the shop along to long time friend and former tattoo convention travelling buddy, Alayna Magnan of Rabble Rouser Tattoo, Los Angeles. Now she and her husband Paul own, operate, and tattoo both at Mechanical Concept Tattoo in Huntington Beach as well as Rabble Rouser Tattoo in Los Angeles.

The shop has a new look but the same high standards of cleanliness, client comfort, and artistic collaboration. The rest of the crew at MCT remains the same, including Billy and Juan, and our tattoos are as bold and awesome as ever! We respect and value our clients, our art, and the craft of tattooing.
